About this restored site

This is a static archive rebuilt from the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine captures of the original Adventure Hall (2001–2007). The original was a dynamic PHP site; this version is plain static HTML so there's no database, no login, and no comment system — just the preserved content.

What's preserved

4 walkthroughs covering Atlantis Evolution, Nancy Drew: Stay Tuned for Danger, Nancy Drew: Secret of the Old Clock, and The Longest Journey (the latter in 10 surviving chapters — chapters 1, 12 and 13 were never archived).
1 game review — Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers. The site originally had a comment/rating system around it; that data was dynamic and not preserved.

What's lost

The original site referenced over 90 game profile pages via its dynamic page.php endpoint. Almost all of those were domain-parking placeholders by the time Wayback captured them, so only the Gabriel Knight review survived as real content. Most of the original walkthrough catalog was never archived either — the surviving four are what remained.

This domain

The canonical URL is https://adventurehall.com/ (no hyphen). The older form adventure-hall.com permanently redirects here so any link to the legacy domain continues to work.

Modern design

The pages are mobile-responsive (try resizing the browser narrow). Old presentational HTML (white-on-black colour schemes, FrontPage-era table layouts, broken JavaScript popups) was cleaned out during the restoration so the content renders cleanly in modern browsers.
